Phoenix Ghost Tours

Phoenix Ghost Tours Founded in 2011, Phoenix Ghost Tours has earned a reputation of entertaining tour guests with stories and access of a unique nature. We believe the best ghost stories are the real ones.

Each tour is a miniature history lesson. Our research includes supporting historical information that provides a framework for the ghost stories, the specifics of the people involved, and the details of consistent paranormal activity.

Trying to tie all three elements together is difficult but we are often successful. Our researchers have spent thousands of hours looking at maps, plans, newspaper articles, police reports, death certificates, ancestry records and photographs to make sure the stories we share are as honest and accurate as possible.

Over the years, the Phoenix Ghost Tours has provided tours in the San Carlos Hotel, the Westward Ho, the Maricopa Courthouse, the Orpheum Theater, and - most recently - the Professional Building and the old site of the Adams Hotel. Additionally, we've been approached by many downtown businesses and the City of Phoenix, allowing us to interview and research their staff and buildings.

The details of any paranormal activity is often gathered from firsthand accounts. While some are very interesting, we are picky about which ones we share with the tour guests. The way we choose which ones to share often meets the following criteria:

  • Reported by multiple, unrelated people
  • The person reporting is generally reliable, without obvious mental troubles
  • There is photographic or audio evidence
  • The information is not demeaning or vulgar or dangerous to share

Above all else, the safety of our tour guests is our first priority.
